Welcome to the City of New Bern Vendor Self Service Portal!

The City of New Bern’s Vendor Self- Service (VSS) program allows you, as a vendor, to manage your own account information, browse purchase orders, invoices, and 1099 data. It also allows vendors who will be submitting bids on goods and services to select commodities for the types of items that your company offers. All vendors conducting business with the City should register as a vendor through VSS.

NEW VENDORS: A W-9 is required for registration. You may access this form through the IRS website. During the registration process, please provide the following information in order to receive ACH payments:

  • Bank Name
  • Account Number
  • Account Type
  • Routing Number

The Electronic Fund Transfer box will need to be selected.

New vendors may begin the registration process by clicking here. Continue all steps until registration is complete. When completing the registration process please use proper casing (for example: John Smith).
